This is our Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Maverick, and as you can see he is quite the handsome toller. He started his show career by going BOB over 'specials' for 2 points. At the young age of 10 months, he became a CKC champion winning a Group 1st and Best Puppy in Group.
Maverick holds a very special place in our hearts. He is without a doubt the happiest dog we have ever had the privilege of living with. He has an almost magical gift of lightening even the heaviest of moods. It doesn't matter how bad a day you are having, after 5 minutes with him you start to feel better. He is always there with a smile and wag of that beautiful bushy tail. Honestly, I don't think he has a sad, (let alone mean) bone in his body.
