This is our Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Slash. Slash was born and bred here at Nopper Dogs from Simone Sortwell's CH Tollwest Turn'n 4 Tollchester ('Sadie') and Bernie Barber's CH Berdia's King of the Village ('King').
Much like his dad, Slash loves to be out tolling and then retrieving ducks - though in a pinch geese and even pheasants will do as he is an 'equal opportunity' hunter! However, balancing out his amazing focus and drive is his ability to simply relax and enjoy a 'spa day'.
As an added bonus he is also drop dead gorgeous. This is why he easily became a Canadian Champion before he was even two years old. This combination of focus, drive, beauty, and temperament is everything we could ask for in a boy and he has already exceeded our wildest expectations.
